Open calls for positions in the Comite Directeur, Commissions, Coordination Teams (deadline 4th April), presentation of proposals for workshops in AGORA Valletta 2007 (deadline 25th March) and for presenting new contacts (deadline 5th of April) have just been published by AEGEE-Europe General Secretary and the Juridical Commission.

 

 

 

 

a. Open Call for Candidatures:

What follows is a list of those positions, for which elections will be held at the next Agora in Valletta.
    
Comite Directeur and Financial Director
1) Elections for two members of the Comite Directeur for a one-year period
2) Elections for the Financial Director of AEGEE Europe for a one-year period.

Commissions

1) Audit Commission: Elections for the three members of the Audit Commission for the term until the next Agora.
2) Juridical Commission: Elections for the two members of the Juridical  Commission for the term until the next Agora.
3) Members Commission: Elections for the four members of the Members Commission for the term until the next Agora.
4) Network Commission: Elections for six members of the Network Commission for a one-year period.

Secretary of the Agora/EBM

Election for the Secretary of the Agora/EBM for a period of one ordinary Agora.

Coordinaton Team
Find Europe Coordination Team (FECT) four members to be elected.

You can candidate from 04.03.2007 until 04.04.2007. Strict deadline for submitting your candidature is set at 4th of April 2007, 24.00 bxl time.

After this deadline, candidatures will be accepted ONLY for those positions for which no candidatures would have already been submitted by.
        
b. Open Call for AGORA Workshops

It is a great pleasure to invite all of you who are interested in giving a WORKSHOP at the forthcoming Agora in Valletta as from 26 till 29th April 2007 to submit the proposals.

Note that your workshop needs to be related to the Strategic Plan of AEGEE-Europe and should have direct relevance to the main Fields of Action of AEGEE. All Workshops will have a duration of approximately 2 hours.

c. Deadline for CdA of new Contacts

The deadline for presenting new contacts that want to sign at the Agora in Valletta is the 5th of April 2007, (at 24:00h BXL time).
