2nd November 1997: AEGEE-Valletta is brought to being and now, ten years later, it is your turn to celebrate with us ‘From ten to infinity…’: the Post-Event commemorating our achievements through these years.

After such a hard-working and result-oriented AGORA we are inviting you to leave aside the conference notes and relax! We will be lodging in a hotel but don’t even think about spending your days quietly asleep. Marked by 7000 years of intriguing history, the Maltese Islands are a promise of 3 beautiful, jam-packed, cultural-oriented days.

Situated in the middle of the Mediterranean, Malta has always been contested by major forces looking for Mediterranean supremacy, which have inevitably left their mark on the islands creating a marriage of styles and traditions. The Post-Event will make you discover the golden Neolithic period when visiting the temples of Hagar Qim and Mnajdra, will walk you through Valletta and enable you to admire its baroque buildings and churches built by the Knights of St. John, will give you the time to get lost in the winding medieval roads of Mdina and will allow you to enjoy the rural beauty of Gozo. And what about tasting the Maltese pastizzi, enjoying ourselves during a Maltese night or clubbing all night long in Paceville? We will make you taste some Maltese delicacies and give you the opportunity to experience what the bustling nightlife in Malta is all about.
